Substitution Policy
To ship your order in a timely fashion, we may occasionally have to substitute a item. We sometimes will substitute a item if the item is not in stock this is to process orders faster rather then have them delayed.
We will substitute a item for a higher priced or similier to what was on order. If you absolutely must have a specific color, please specify this in the "Comments" section of the order form.
Can I have my package sent by registered mail?
Absolutely! In fact, we strongly suggest this for an extra $3 (Only applies in addition to Regular Postage, Not Express)
To have this option, Please select 'Registered post' and $3 will automatically added the total order cost. In the 'Order Comments' section please specify that you would like Express Post.
Returns Policy
We are unable to offer any exchange or refunds, with exception of a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchase is of any defect which will be checked by my-eBusiness Staff. If there is no defect found the item will be returned to the cutomer at their expense.
Is my-eBusiness Liable For Lost Items In The Post?
NO, We are not liable for lost items if you have a issue with lost items please contact Australia Post. If you want to ensure your goods safety, please select the 'Registered Post' option.
When will my items be sent?
Your items will be processed very quick after the payment is recieved. The goods are normally posted out within 48 hours of payment being recieved. (Excluding Weekends) Please allow a maximum of 7 days for delivery once the item has been sent from our warehouse, but normally your item will be recieved in 1-2 days for express post and 2-5 days for regular and registered post.
You will recieve a confirmation email with tracking details (If applicable) when the item has been posted.
